Privacy at a glance: Payment-card details are entered on our secure checkout page and sent directly to NMI over an encrypted connection; this website does not store your card number or security code. We use order and support information to deliver products, provide service, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to ReadyForAnything.academy and related checkout, customer-service and digital-delivery interactions controlled by Dragonsfly Online, LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”). It does not govern third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact information, such as name, email address and telephone number.
  • Order information, such as product selected, purchase date, amount, order number, billing contact details and transaction status.
  • Customer-service messages, refund requests and any information you include in a form or email.
  • Account or download-access information where a members area is offered.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider and security services may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic logs. The current website does not include third-party behavioral advertising or analytics scripts. Update this policy before adding such tools.

3. How we use information

  • Complete orders, deliver digital products and provide receipts or transactional messages.
  • Respond to questions, troubleshoot access and process refund requests.
  • Protect accounts, prevent fraud and maintain website security.
  • Comply with tax, accounting, legal and recordkeeping obligations.
  • Improve products, customer service and website reliability using aggregated or de-identified information.
  • Send marketing messages only where permitted. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.

4. Payment processing

Payment is processed by NMI and the merchant-service providers connected to the NMI gateway. Card details you enter at checkout are transmitted directly from our server to NMI over an encrypted connection. We may retain limited transaction information needed to verify payment, deliver the order, respond to disputes and issue refunds, but we do not intentionally retain your complete card number or card security code.

5. When information is shared

We may share personal information with service providers that help us operate the business, such as payment processors, hosting providers, email and customer-support providers, form processors, download-delivery platforms, fraud-prevention services and professional advisers. They may use the information only to provide services to us or as otherwise described in their own notices.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, enforce agreements, or complete a merger, financing, sale or transfer of business assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. The current website does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide legally required choices.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses an essential session cookie required for checkout, member login and security (CSRF protection). NMI and other third-party services may use their own cookies or similar technologies on pages they control. Their practices are governed by their privacy notices.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including providing downloads, maintaining transaction and tax records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information; obtain a portable copy; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision about a request. You may also opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

To submit a request, email support@readyforanything.academy with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

9. Children

The website and products are directed to adults purchasing household-preparedness resources. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request deletion.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers or medical records through the customer-service form.

11. International access

Our operations and service providers may process information in the United States and other locations. Where required, we use legally recognized mechanisms for cross-border transfers.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, technology or our practices. The revised policy will be posted with an updated effective date. Material changes may be communicated by an additional notice where required.
