This Privacy Policy applies to ReadyForAnything.academy and related checkout, customer-service and digital-delivery interactions controlled by Dragonsfly Online, LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”). It does not govern third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies.

Our hosting provider and security services may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic logs. The current website does not include third-party behavioral advertising or analytics scripts. Update this policy before adding such tools.

- Complete orders, deliver digital products and provide receipts or transactional messages.

4. Payment processing
Payment is processed by NMI and the merchant-service providers connected to the NMI gateway. Card details you enter at checkout are transmitted directly from our server to NMI over an encrypted connection. We may retain limited transaction information needed to verify payment, deliver the order, respond to disputes and issue refunds, but we do not intentionally retain your complete card number or card security code.
5. When information is shared
We may share personal information with service providers that help us operate the business, such as payment processors, hosting providers, email and customer-support providers, form processors, download-delivery platforms, fraud-prevention services and professional advisers. They may use the information only to provide services to us or as otherwise described in their own notices.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, enforce agreements, or complete a merger, financing, sale or transfer of business assets.
We do not sell personal information for money. The current website does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide legally required choices.

The website uses an essential session cookie required for checkout, member login and security (CSRF protection). NMI and other third-party services may use their own cookies or similar technologies on pages they control. Their practices are governed by their privacy notices.

To submit a request, email support@readyforanything.academy with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

The website and products are directed to adults purchasing household-preparedness resources. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request deletion.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers or medical records through the customer-service form.
