1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Dragonsfly Online, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using this website, creating an order or purchasing a Ready for Anything product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. Do not use the website or purchase a product if you do not agree.
2. Digital products and delivery
Products sold through this website are digital downloads unless a product page expressly states otherwise. No physical item is shipped. Delivery may occur by download page, email, customer account or another electronic method. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining compatible software, storage and internet access.
We may make reasonable updates to formatting, filenames, delivery systems or supporting materials. Product descriptions, pricing and availability may change before an order is completed.
3. Personal-use license
After successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased files for the personal, noncommercial preparedness of one household.
You may
- View the files on your personal devices.
- Print reasonable copies for use within your household.
- Complete, annotate and store worksheets for your household.
You may not
- Share download links or files with another household, organization, online group or file-sharing service.
- Resell, sublicense, reproduce for distribution, publish, upload or give away any product or substantial portion of it.
- Remove copyright, trademark or other ownership notices.
- Use the materials to create a competing product, training, membership or paid service.
Schools, employers, churches, HOAs, agencies, nonprofits, instructors and other groups must obtain separate written licensing.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorize the payment processor to charge the selected amount and any clearly disclosed taxes or fees. Payment processing is provided by third-party services, including NMI or the merchant service providers connected to NMI. We do not intentionally collect or store your complete card number or card security code on this website.
We may reject, cancel or refund an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, a pricing error, unauthorized payment activity, technical error or violation of these Terms.
5. 30-day refund policy
Eligible purchases are covered by our 30-Day Refund Policy. A request must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the original purchase date and include enough information to locate the transaction. A refund may revoke access to files and future updates.
6. Accounts and access
Where customer accounts or download links are provided, you are responsible for keeping credentials and links confidential. Notify Customer Service promptly if you believe access has been compromised. We may suspend access to protect customers, investigate misuse or enforce these Terms.
7. Educational and emergency-preparedness disclaimer
Ready for Anything materials provide general educational and organizational information. They are not emergency-response instructions and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, engineering, electrical, utility, financial, insurance, public-health or public-safety advice.
Emergency conditions differ. Always follow current warnings, evacuation orders, shelter instructions, product labels, building codes and directions from local authorities, emergency management, utilities, medical professionals and qualified public-safety personnel. Do not delay calling emergency services because of information in our materials.
8. Intellectual property
The website, brand, text, graphics, worksheets, designs, downloads and other content are owned by or licensed to Dragonsfly Online, LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. “Ready for Anything” branding and related visual elements may not be used without written permission.
9. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, government agencies and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that every resource will meet every household need, eliminate risk, prevent loss, remain error-free or be continuously available. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so part of this section may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dragonsfly Online, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, personal injury or property damage arising from use of or reliance on the website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your unlawful distribution, commercial misuse or material violation of these Terms.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Dragonsfly Online, LLC at its principal place of business, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
14. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
